My Story
At Hanson Exclusives, community and caring for others are at the heart of all we do, which is why our September coffee morning will be held in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, as part of their UK-wide fundraising initiative. This cause is deeply personal to our family, having lost my uncle, Michael, and aunt, Patricia, to cancer, and with my wife, Alice, recently undergoing her own treatment. These experiences have truly underlined the vital work that Macmillan provides to families like ours. By joining us for a cup of coffee in September, you will not only enjoy good company and conversation, but also help raise vital funds for a charity that provides invaluable care and support to families facing cancer.

Macmillan will do whatever it takes for the 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK right now. The number of people being diagnosed with cancer is rising and more people are surviving cancer than ever before, so we need to act now to prevent a crisis in cancer care. Macmillan works with partners to provide services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience including the Macmillan Support Line, money advisers, award-winning cancer booklets, the online community and Macmillan nurses, GPs and support workers.
