Hi – I’m Janice, and I’m delighted to let you know that New Appointments Group will once again be taking part in Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning!

We’ve been proudly hosting Coffee Mornings for the past 11 years, and this year we're making it even bigger and better. We’re teaming up with Clear Safety, with the generous support of Discovery Park and HatHats, to host a fantastic event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Wednesday 24th September.

Here’s why it matters: Macmillan is 98% funded by voluntary donations—so every slice of cake, every cup of coffee, and every donation truly counts.

At New Appointments Group, many of us have seen first-hand the incredible difference Macmillan makes to people living with cancer and their families. We know we’re not alone in that. Our neighbours at Discovery Park and those who support our event understand the vital role Macmillan plays—and why coming together to raise funds is more important than ever.

Macmillan will do whatever it takes to support the 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. As more people are diagnosed and more are living longer with cancer, the demand for support is growing. Macmillan provides vital services at every stage of the cancer journey—from emotional support and financial guidance to its dedicated nurses, GPs, support line, and online community.
