My Story
We are hosting a Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support... with a little difference!
Join us for a truly special Macmillan Coffee Morning where we’re offering more than just tea and cake. This year, we’re creating a calm and supportive space designed especially for those living with or recovering from cancer.
In addition to delicious refreshments and a warm welcome, we’re offering:
💆 FREE Reflexology Taster Sessions (Starting at 10am - Registering your interest on arrival as spaces will be limited)
Experience the soothing benefits of reflexology in our free mini sessions, offered on site by a qualified therapists.
🧘♀️ FREE Yoga & Breathwork Session (11:15am)
A gentle, guided session to help restore balance, reduce stress, and support recovery — suitable for all levels and tailored with care.
💆Speak with our Guest Holistic Therapists about how specialised Holistic Treatments can help people with their recovery.
This event is open to everyone, whether you're directly affected by cancer or simply want to support a good cause in a meaningful way. Every cup poured and every moment shared helps raise awareness and vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Come along, take a breath, and be part of something that truly makes a difference.

Hawkinge Community Centre
We would like to encourage you to make and bring your favourite baked goods as donations to the Coffee Morning. Anything that is left over at the end of the morning will be donated to the Hawkinge Community Fridge for distribution through their charity.

Macmillan is 98% funded by voluntary donations and with your help Macmillan can deliver the vital support people living with cancer need. Macmillan will do whatever it takes for the 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK right now. The number of people being diagnosed with cancer is rising and more people are surviving cancer than ever before, so we need to act now to prevent a crisis in cancer care. Macmillan works with partners to provide services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience including the Macmillan Support Line, money advisers, award-winning cancer booklets, the online community and Macmillan nurses, GPs and support workers.
